Todd Waggoner joins Atlas team as Director-Project Controls

Todd Waggoner has over 30 years of experience in engineering, construction and project management for the petrochemical, refining and power-generation industries. His areas of expertise include project control, cost engineering, auditing, estimating, contract administration, budget/forecast analysis, as well as planning and scheduling. Prior to joining Atlas Technical Consultants, he has served in a wide variety of project control manager roles, including overall management of teams working on engineering and construction projects ranging in size from $25 million to $14 billion.
 
Waggoner has served in these roles for a wide range of leading energy companies including Canadian Natural Resources Limited, Honeywell International, the TransCanada Corporation, Austin Industrial and others.
 
Todd received his Business Management BBA from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS, and maintains dual United States and Canadian citizenship.
