The project consists of 93,250 square feet of administration and support space, 20,000 square feet of transitional housing, and 139,132 square feet of detention center. Included is a full-service kitchen, laundry, clinic, and video visitation. Project goal is to achieve a minimum of LEED Silver certification.
- Full-Time resident inspector performing all aspects of independent quality assurance testing.
- Providing all special inspection and testing services including soils compaction, reinforced concrete, structural welding, masonry, fireproofing, EIFS, smoke control, seismic resistance, wind resistance, and galvanic catholic protection system
- Providing shop fabrication inspections in San Bernardino.
