This structure is a 350-foot tall, 26-story structural steel frame office building with approximately 430,650 square feet of rentable office space, 4,600 square feet of retail, 2 basement levels for underground parking and 8,750 feet of open space that will be an indoor atrium. The foundation is a 4′ thick mat, utilizing 5,000 cubic yards of concrete.
- Providing special inspections and materials testing for reinforced concrete, field welding and non-destructive testing, buckling restrained braces, slab-on-metal deck concrete, structural masonry, fireproofing, floor flatness and floor levelness.
- Inspecting all components of the curtain wall system.
- Structural steel shop fabrication inspection at Herrick in both Stockton and Thailand.
