Recruiting Specialist – West Coast

Primary job functions:

Supporting multiple project managers, departments and offices, manage the day to day recruitment activities to ensure staffing levels are met. Create and manage requisitions, research appropriate market rates, conduct candidate screening assessments and present offers to qualified candidates. Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to maintain and nurture pipeline for key field positions. Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding active searches and the local talent market. Support the workforce planning process and assist in planning and execution of special recruiting events. Advise managers and leaders in the selection of internal and external candidates in accordance with all internal practices and applicable standards and regulations.


Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3 plus years’ experience staffing Inspection and Field personnel; in depth knowledge of applicable certifications and associated codes in construction materials testing and inspection. Experience with both direct hire and contract placements preferred. Exposure to union labor law and regulations a plus.
