Primary job functions:
Reporting to the VP of Structures, lead complex projects in bridge design and rehabilitation through its entirety. Plan, manage and ensure project scope of work including goals, deliverables, and tasks are met on time and within budget. Interface with key internal and external stakeholders to identify market and project expansion opportunities. Collaborate with applicable government representatives and DOT officials on project plans, priorities and timelines. Mentor and direct less experienced engineers.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in bridge design and rehabilitation. PE License required. Structural Engineering (SE) Licensure preferred. In depth knowledge of AASHTO policies, in addition to DOT standards and best practices.
