BART DUBLIN PARKING STRUCTURE

As part of the initial expansion and creation of a Pleasant Hill transit village, Avalon Bay expanded the existing parking structure by adding 520,000 square feet consisting of 1,500 parking stalls in an eight-story parking area. The project is composed primarily of post-tensioned concrete decks and reinforced concrete columns and walls and was constructed over a two-year period.

  • Provided a full-time quality control manager for all aspects of the project including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Full-time special inspector performing all reinforced concrete activities.
  • Worked closely with BART and the developer Avalon Bay monitoring all aspects of quality performance.
